Our reusable period underwear is made from soft organic cotton with a built-in gusset. This full brief style is comfortable and ideal for days when your period is heavy or can be worn overnight.

  • Naturally soft and absorbant
  • Absorbancy: up to 10ml - 15ml
  • Composition:
    • Main: 93% organic cotton, 7% elastane
    • Inner Gusset: 70% bamboo, 30% organic cotton (fabrics are certified organic and Oeko-Tex certified)
  • Ethically made in New Zealand

Care Guide

Our products are reusable and proudly plastic free. To ensure that your Danu items last as long as possible please follow the below care instructions. 

Care Instructions

  • Rinse in cold water until water runs clear (if stained) or soak in cold water before machine washing
  • Place inside a wash bag and set on a cold cycle with mild detergent only 
  • Reshape while wet if required
  • Line dry (sunlight helps to fade stains)
  • Store in a clean and dry place, perhaps in your underwear drawer or linen cupboard

Please Note

  • Do not use any whitening products
  • Do not use fabric softeners or conditioners
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Your pad(s) will shrink slightly after the first wash but we have allowed for this in our sizing
