Payments

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)

Payment Methods:

You can pay by either bank deposit (our preferred method) or PayPal (credit or debit card).  We prefer bank deposit as it does not incur fees so we are able to keep our costs (and ultimately our prices) as low as possible.  

If you pay by bank deposit, please email through a deposit confirmation and we will aim to ship your order the same day.  Items being paid for by bank deposit will be held for 5 days.  If the funds have not been received within 5 days you will be contacted and the item will be returned to stock.

We also offer the option of layby.

Your order will be sent without a hard copy invoice you have access to your Order History through My Account.  If you would like a tax invoice either emailed to you or included with your order, please note in the comments when placing your order or email us.  An invoice is not required to process returns.
